Edo, Belfast

Northern Ireland’s finest, Edo in Belfast uses a charcoal oven to cook its modern European fare in modern surroundings. Chef Jonny Elliott learned his trade with Gary Rhodes and Gordon Ramsay, so you can be confident of an impressive meal.

Opera Grill, Chester

This Grade II-listed Methodist chapel is now a 400 cover restaurant. An evening at the Opera Grill is about great food but also drinks and live music. Aesthetics are big news in this truly unique place.
